Recently Paula Abdul performed (pretaped) at the SuperBowl with her new song "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow".
I thought the song was just so-so only la (apparently the song was to be released under Randy Jackson's album - like huh??!! - i don't quite understand this!), but it was great to see her performing again after more than 12 years of so. Despite her lack of movement (I expected more dance moves from her!!), I think she did pretty well considering her so-called physical injuries and years away from limelight.
Here's another live performance in 1989 in which she belted out "Straight Up", "Cold Hearted" and "Forever Your Girl". Never underestimate her star power! She can sing live, and she can certainly dance!! After all, she's THE choreographer for the Jackson Five, Janet Jackson, George Michael etc etc...
