has ur bills always been dat low? it cud be one particular mth they never got to conduct the reading, and they will carry forward the charges to the following mth u know, it happened to my cousin once. he was like u very happy the charge is low in one mth then realize the following mth they will charge altogether!
Well well, it was announced by the govt not too long ago that for poor people like me who use less than RM20/month of electricity, we don't have to pay anything at all!!
